Build A + B
Hire your AI team. Then text it.
Turn your org chart into a real AI agent, connect it to WhatsApp, and delegate with a voice note on the go.
Day 2 · Saturday, October 10 · From 10 AM ET · Live on Zoom
Friday shows you what’s possible.
Saturday, you make it real.
Most people leave a free session inspired, and then nothing happens. The VIP Build Lab is where your Friday builds become an AI team you can text, an app on your phone, and a plan for the next 30 days.

Your app, on your phone.
Friday’s dashboard becomes an app on your home screen, with your own name and icon.
Hot seats + your plan
Built for your real life.
The family calendar, the client tracker, the side project. Bring what’s stuck and we fix it live.
Why Saturday matters
On Friday we build fast, visible wins together. On Saturday we slow down, go deeper and finish.
Friday is a room full of builders moving at the same pace. You’ll make real things. But when the call ends, the hardest part starts: turning a first draft into something that works in your real life.
That’s what the VIP Build Lab is for. Smaller room. More time. Your questions answered on screen. You bring what you built on Friday, and we turn it into something you’ll actually use on Monday.
The VIP Builder Pass
Here’s everything you get.
Hire your AI team
Take one role from your Friday org chart and turn it into a real AI agent. We write its job description together, set what it must never do without you, and test it on three real tasks.
Text your team
Connect your agent to WhatsApp. Send it a voice note from your phone with a real assignment and watch the work come back. Delegate on the go.
Bring your app to life
Turn Friday’s dashboard into an app on your phone’s home screen, with your own name and icon. Or, if you’re ready, a real app that saves your data.
Hot seats + live troubleshooting
Bring what’s stuck. Selected builders share their screen and we fix it live, so everyone learns from the fix.

Questions
Do I need to come on Friday first?
It helps, because on Saturday we build on Friday’s work. If you can’t make Friday live, the Friday replay is included in your pass, so you can catch up before Saturday.
What if I can’t attend Saturday live?
You’ll get the Saturday replay along with the Workbook and Prompt Pack, so you can build at your own pace. Live attendance gets you hot seats and answers in the moment.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send a voice note, you can do this. Every step is in the Builder Workbook, and we build together on screen.
What tools will I need?
Your laptop, your phone, and free accounts on ChatGPT, Claude and Base44. WhatsApp on your phone for the agent build. Free plans work.
Is there a refund?
Yes. Ask for a full refund any time before the Saturday Lab begins.
P.S. If you scrolled straight to the bottom, here’s the short version. Friday is where you see what’s possible. Saturday is where you hire your AI team, text it from your phone, put your app on your home screen and leave with a 30-day plan. Both replays included. One payment of $47.
