your AI team answered your voice notes?
Saturday · VIP
It’s time to speak your ideas into existence.
Use your voice to turn what’s in your head into apps, dashboards, websites, AI agents and more, while you automate the repeatable and delegate the work.
We were made with imagination, so every person carries ideas. Ideas to end poverty. Ideas to heal a community. Ideas for a business, a book, a better way to work. Every single day, an idea shows up to improve something, build something or solve something.
So why do so many ideas stay unbuilt?
Because the moment we picture everything it will take, the idea starts to feel heavy. The website. The flyers. The business cards. The offer. The calls. The PDFs. The capital.
So we make a quiet promise to ourselves: one day I will build it. When I learn to code. When I have the money. When I have the team.
The barriers are coming down.
This is the age of creators.
For the first time, the distance between what you imagine and what you can build is small enough to cross with a conversation. Build for good. Build the solution to the problem that has burdened you. Build the thing that makes your life, and someone else’s, better.
Stop asking, “How will I ever build all of this?”
Start asking, “Can I explain what I see?”
Picture the week after you learn to direct AI. Every one of these is something we build together this weekend.

the idea you’ve carried for years became real this week?
Friday · Build 04You don’t have to imagine it for long. Friday, we start building it.
Or start with the free Friday seatMost of these didn’t begin with code. They began with a conversation.

These are just a few samples. More on the way.
Bring your laptop. We’re not talking about AI. We’re building with it.
Come with one idea. We’ll work side by side in ChatGPT or Claude, no coding required, and you’ll leave with real builds you made yourself.
Turn a rough idea into a clear, strategic presentation.
Design the AI team that could sit around your work.
Turn “I wish I had a system for…” into something tangible.
Create something you can actually use after the session.
Registering for Friday is free. So are these.
The prompt I use to turn a rambling voice note into a clear build plan. Revealed in the room, for those who build with us live.
A one-page guide to capture every “one day I will build it” idea, then choose the one you’ll bring on Friday.
Every prompt we use in the room, sent to everyone who builds with us live on Friday.
Tell us your idea when you register. Selected ideas get built live, in front of the whole room.
Start by building with the AI you already have. Then build the AI team behind your work, connect your systems, and launch what you create.
Presentation, AI org chart, dashboard and a usable asset, built live.
FreeImplementation, troubleshooting, hot seats, replays and resources.
VIP · $47Stop doing everything yourself. Build the AI team behind your work.
Build SeriesBuild it once. Stop manually repeating it forever.
Build SeriesTake the idea from your head to something the world can see, use, buy or experience.
Build SeriesBetter results don’t come from magic words. They come from learning to gather your thoughts, say what you see, and guide AI until it builds with you. That’s what the SPEAK™ Framework teaches.
Think about a great public speaker. They didn’t walk onto the stage polished. They kept learning, reading, practicing and improving, and every time they spoke, they got better.
Directing AI works the same way. Let the critics talk. Keep learning. Keep refining. Keep building. That’s Kaizen: continuous, intentional improvement.
It starts with a sentence: “Okay, I have an idea…” Here’s where that one idea can travel when you learn to direct AI.
Say it out loud, exactly as messy as it is in your head.
Turn what you see into direction AI can actually follow.
A storyline people can follow, ready to pitch or teach.
Images and graphics that look like your vision, not a stock library.
Bring a still idea to life in motion.
Guides, journals and ebooks that carry your message further.
A usable digital experience, without beginning with code.
Specialized digital team members around real responsibilities.
Your priorities, projects and agents, visible in one place.
I believe the ideas you carry were never meant to stay in your head.
I didn’t start with code. I started with ideas.
I kept seeing things I wanted to build: systems, dashboards, books, experiences, businesses, creative concepts. And like so many of you, I knew the feeling of looking at an idea and immediately seeing everything that would have to happen before it could become real. So the idea waited.
But as I began learning how to articulate those ideas to AI, test new tools and keep refining the outputs, something changed. The distance between “I can see it” and “I built it” started getting smaller.
Speak It. Build It. grew out of that discovery. I want more people to experience what happens when an idea no longer has to wait for perfect conditions before you begin.
So I’m calling out every idea that has been waiting: the solution to the problem that has burdened you, the business you keep postponing, the thing you want to build for good. Not one day. Now.
“This is the age of creators. Your ideas have waited long enough.”
A free, focused 30 minutes on what to build, automate or delegate first, so you leave with one clear next step for your work.
“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”Genesis 1:3
From the very first page, our blueprint shows the power of speaking: God said, and it was so. I’m not promising you’ll talk into a microphone and a website appears. I’m showing you a principle. When you can see it, you can gather it. When you can gather it, you can speak it. And when you can speak it clearly, you can begin to build it.
AI is not the source of your wisdom, creativity or purpose. It’s a tool, and powerful tools require discernment and stewardship.
No. Speak It. Build It. is designed for nontechnical builders. Come with curiosity, a laptop, ChatGPT or Claude, and an idea you care about.
It’s the method I teach for directing AI: how to gather your thoughts, say what you see, and guide AI until it builds with you. You’ll learn it live, step by step, while you build.
Your laptop (charged), one idea, and free accounts on ChatGPT and Claude. Sign into both: if one hits its free limit mid-build, you switch to the other. We’ll also show you Base44, Lovable and Gamma, so create free accounts there too. Already use Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot? Bring them.
You can watch and learn from your phone, but you build on a laptop. If a laptop isn’t possible Friday, the VIP Builder Pass includes the replays so you can build along later.
No. It’s a live build room. You’ll open the tools and build alongside us, not sit and take notes.
No. Students, professionals, founders, creators and leaders are all welcome. Your build can be academic, professional, creative, operational or entrepreneurial.
You build with us live. We’ll create a presentation, map an AI org chart, prototype a dashboard, and build a practical business or creative asset together.
On Saturday you’ll turn your org chart into a real AI agent, connect it to WhatsApp so you can delegate by voice note on the go, and put your dashboard on your phone as an app. Plus hot seats, troubleshooting, a sneak peek at AI video, both replays, the Builder Workbook, the Prompt Pack and priority access to the October Build Series.
Live online on Zoom. Your join link arrives by email as soon as you register.
When you register you instantly get the Idea Vault. Everyone who builds with us live on Friday gets the Speak It Starter Prompt and the Friday Build Prompts, and selected ideas from registration get built on screen.
Replays of Friday and Saturday are included with the $47 VIP Builder Pass. To get the most from Friday, come live and build with us.
Stop saying “one day I will build it.” You don’t need the perfect prompt. You don’t need to know every tool. You don’t need to wait until you can hire the whole team. Come with an idea. We’ll start there.
Not one day. Today. Speak it. Build it.
